The Rotating-25 Excel spreadsheet generates rotating or fixed shift schedules for up to 25 shifts per day for 25 people for up to a 52-week period. It is ideal for assigning several people to a few daily shifts or assigning a few people to several daily shifts (or tasks or vehicles, or locations). The program comes with 97 pre-defined schedule tours for your use. It also has an overtime tally and scheduler so you can easily assign and keep track of overtime hours. Charts show shift coverage for the 52-week period. The spreadsheet produces individual and group schedules and comes in sizes for 10, 25, 50, 100 and 200 employees.
